“My order reached me damaged!”
We take every care to make sure your order reaches you in good condition. However, sometimes, our products might get damaged in transit.
If the packaging looks tampered with when it reaches you, please refuse to accept it, and send it back with the same delivery person.
If the product has reached you damaged, please send us a photograph of the product & Order ID via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving it. We will then send you a replacement at no extra cost. Damage claims filed more than 2 days after delivery, will not be accepted.
Also, please note that since the products are handmade, slight variations in color should be expected.
“I don’t like what I see” (Okay, that’s never going to happen though)
Let us know what went wrong, if possible we will try and send you something that you might like better. If not, we will send you a coupon code which you can use at our website on a later date.
Return courier charges will have to be paid by the customer.
As a policy we don't do returns/exchanges for festive items like Rakhis, Festive/Diwali Decorative and Xmas Collections.

“I want to cancel my order”
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us, mentioning your order ID.
- If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 7 working days of date of cancellation.
- If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
